We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must have an AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (an RA number). Please contact us via email at info@trilliumsc.com Returns or exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of shipment.

Once you have received your RA number please return the product in its full packaging with the original packing slip, RA number and statement of preference of exchange or credit card refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If any seals have been broken, an exchange or refund will not be accepted. All acceptable returns will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.

Ship the package via an insured courier. Keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Trillium Soaps and Candles cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.

How fast is my order processed?

At Trillium we hand make our products with the freshest ingredients. To ensure that our products maintain their freshness we make our products weekly. Your order then could take up to one week to be ready for shipping. As soon as the product is ready we will ship it immediately.

Trillium Soaps and Candles uses Canada Post & Canada Post International for shipping within Canada and the United States. For all other countries please contact us via e-mail at info@trilliumsc.com to determine the best shipping for your location.
